The Bhutan Junior National Team is geared up for a thrilling showdown as they head into a knock-out tournament tomorrow. After undergoing intensive training for almost two weeks in Islamabad, Pakistan, the team is ready for action.
Representing in the U15 category, Sonam Phuntsho Tsheten will compete in the Boy’s Singles, while Yangchen Dolkar will compete in the Girl’s Singles. Additionally, Yangchen Dolkar will pair up with Sonam Phuntsho Tsheten for the Mixed Doubles event.
In the U17 division, Ngawang Rigsel Jurmey will compete in the Boy’s Singles, while Kritty Gurung will compete in the Girl’s Singles. Furthermore, Kritty Gurung and Ngawang Rigsel Jurmey will paired up in the Mixed Doubles category.
With their rigorous training regimen and unwavering determination, the U15 & U17 Junior National Team is determined to leave their mark on the tournament. As they prepare to take the court, we wish them the best, hoping for a triumphant performance.
