Flexibility, balance, reaction time, coordination, muscular endurance, aerobic fitness, muscular power, speed, and agility are among the tests used today for evaluations. Through the test today Coaches will get comprehensive understanding of an athlete’s strengths and area of improvement and create a training program to help them perform better by assessing these many areas of fitness.
