AMENDENTS
29.Β Amendments to the constitution shall be made only at the General Meeting by one half of the representatives present and voting. All proposed amendments must be presented to the General Secretary three weeks in advance of the General Meeting and forwarded by him to every member, at least a fortnight before the meeting.
