Commence of First Weekend Ranked Tournament

The first Weekend Ranked Tournament of the Advanced Winter Training was held today at Bebena Badminton Hall, Thimphu, with 26 participants taking part in a series of double matches. The objective of the tournament is to identify potential athletes and encouraging young players to continue playing badminton.

The tournament provided participants with valuable experience and exposure through competitive play. With only two more Weekend Ranked Tournament remaining, players were eager to make a strong display and secure their spot at the top of the rankings.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants. Federation is pleased to see the progress and growth of the players and are looking forward to the next tournaments where they hope to see the young players continue to participate and improve their skills.
