Mr. Dorji Dukpa, a BWF Level 1 certified coach at Chundu Armed Forced Public School in Haa, established the club. He continues to pursue his passion by coaching students in badminton. With a growing number of students joining the school’s badminton club. Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Dukpa manages his time after school and encourages his students to participate in badminton.
He added that with the start of the academic year in 2022, all of the school’s club activities and other co-curricular activities have also begun. With 14 boys and 16 girls, the Badminton Club currently has students from all of the classes. With the introduction of the club’s aims and objectives, the year’s action plan, and member introductions, the club’s activities have already begun.
