Mr. Dorji, the National Coach, participated in the Coach Xceleration Program held from 4thβ13th May 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Coach Xceleration Program is a dynamic and empowering initiative aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of badminton coaches at various levels. It provided Mr. Dorji with a valuable opportunity to deepen his technical knowledge, improve coaching methodologies, and strengthen leadership and communication skills.
A key highlight of the program was its collaborative international environment, where coaches from different countries came together to share experiences, insights, and best practicesβcreating a truly global learning experience.
With new knowledge and perspectives, Mr. Dorji returns better equipped to deliver effective training sessions, support athlete development, and contribute to the continued growth of badminton in Bhutan.
